Ministry of Burlesque is our flagship product and has been the birthing ground for many of our other products and services which go on to expand beyond this niche part of the entertainment industry. It is, due to its enduring popularity, where we take the acronym of ‘MoB’ as the prefix for our other services within our company.

Ministry of Burlesque is primarily an online ‘portal’ which attracts over 15,000 unique visitors every day and is the online home of thousands of starlets and enthusiasts keen to make friends, find work and take opportunities through us.

Already a sell-out success and an ongoing theatrical project which rejuvenates the traditional British burlesque form (a form which has its roots in comical satire and is the forerunner to the pantomime and operetta) where we make poignant examinations of the much regaled and reminisced ‘Victorian Value System’ – to see how applicable it is today.

The popularity and unique style of writing in the Victorian Values theatre show has led Ministry Of Burlesque to adapt the show for television. Involving specific script, song and character writing, casting, costume and prop design and manufacture, artiste management, marketing and of course liaising with other specific television production companies and broadcasters.

Artist Show reels

Ministry Of Burlesque undertakes selected independent commissions to help promote individual artiste performance skills. These projects include consultation, content design, filming and image capture, editing and formatting for on and offline use.

MoB Academy

The Ministry Of Burlesque Academy offers professional tuition with upbeat and fun workshops across the country which help people discover and appreciate burlesque theatre, costume making and performance skills.

Burlesque for Beginners DVD

The Ministry Of Burlesque instructional DVD is based on the success of our UK wide Academy workshops and provides professional instruction on the basics of performing. Produced and edited to the highest possible standards using qualified tutors and a two camera shoot, the MoB ‘Burlesque For Beginners’ DVD has received rave reviews and it’s no surprise that this is one of our most popular items.
